The model
PROOF by Innovato is not a service. It's a partnership. We take zero equity on day one. Instead, we hold a 2% equity option — exercisable within 2 years of program completion — in exchange for the mentorship, methodology, and resources we provide.
At the point you enter PROOF, your venture is worth nothing. The option becomes meaningful only if you build something valuable. You stay in full control.
We also reserve the right to invest additional capital at a 3% stake within the same 2-year window — a sign of continued commitment, not a condition of the program.
This alignment means we're not incentivized to accept everyone. We're incentivized to accept the founders most likely to build ventures that matter.
We don't take equity on day one. We earn the option to stand beside you. If your venture succeeds, our commitment becomes valuable. If it doesn't, we both move on.
