The Proof Track is cohort-based and equity-option-based — for experienced builders with strong AI capability. PROOF holds a 2% equity option, exercisable within 2 years. Applications are evaluated between announced dates. The Ignite Track is fee-based (€2,500, excl. VAT) with rolling admissions — accepted applicants start immediately. PROOF does not take equity on day one. Proof Track founders grant a 2% equity option exercisable within 2 years of program completion. Nothing changes at the start — the option only becomes meaningful if you build something valuable. We succeed only when you succeed.
